Semi-private coaching allows you to combine the best of both worlds, training with a group and individually with your personal trainer. 

In this type of training session, you can bring a friend or two with you, allowing you to work out together with instruction from the personal trainer. Instead of a group class, all participants in this smaller team receive individual instruction and pointers from the personal trainer, while still providing motivation and fun for those who need a training buddy.
